Hank Harrawood serves as the Director of Compliance for the 49ers helping oversee eligibility, recruiting, travel, and other aspects of the compliance program. He began his tenure in Charlotte in July of 2015.
Hank graduated from East Carolina University in 2007 and received his law degree from the Elon University School of Law in 2012. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the American Bar Association.
Prior to Hank’s arrival at Charlotte, he served as Associate Athletic Director/Compliance at Florida International University in Miami during the 2014 and 2015 years. Prior to that Hank served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Hank began his career at Gardner-Webb University where he served as the Compliance Coordinator.
Hank and his wife Tara currently reside in Belmont, North Carolina.
